Week 15 (CHC)

We are almost done.  So who were the teachers this semester?  What was the subject matter?  How are we different because we created this space we call a classroom?  What would you like to experience next time if you are with us for the next leg of the journey?  These are some of the questions you may want to consider in your notebooks as part of your final reflection.  Make it count.  We will collect notebooks on Wednesday of next week instead of Monday to give you enough time.

For this Monday, make sure your photo essay is turned in.  To do so, copy the Storify link to your essay and complete the following form.  Work should be in before class on Monday.

One more thing, we need to get the service-learning forms turned in before the end of the term in order to record the hours of service.  Please use this link to do so.  Print and complete the form and bring it to class on Monday.  I don't believe that CHC is listed as a community agency just yet.  If that is the case, choose the form that allows for an agency that is not on the list.
